Appeal for Financial Assistance for an Urgent
Surgery to Make Myself Hear and Speak
Dr.
Yasawardane, Consultant ENT Surgeon, has stated, after a series of tests that it
is a must to perform the COCHLEAR IMPLANT SURGERY to make myself hear and speak. Apart
from this deafness, the doctor says I am ‘bright and alert’ and the surgery, if done before myself gets
two years old, will definitely give me an extremely normal world.
The
surgery, as per the quotation for the IMPLANT SYSTEM, along with other accessories, and without hospital/doctor charges, costs around Rs. 3.0 mn.
It is not possible for my parents to find such a huge amount, in a short
period, as their own, to make me hear and speak.
Therefore, they look for FINANCIAL AIDS, before the end of August
2012. The surgery has been scheduled for 04th of September 2012. All the testing required have been done and all three vaccines, before
the surgery, have also been provided.

If you really wish to see myself with the abilities of hearing and
speech, as well as the other children around you, you are kindly
invited to make a contribution.
